SARS-Cov-2 and JN.1 – Covid 19: Prevention and control at home

Covid new variant JN.1 would be hitting Christmas & new year celebration in India. Accordingly, to the Union health ministry India Covid Pandemic again may hit to India. Many patients recovered and few deaths was also reported but recovery is more as compared to 2021 Covid Pandemic. Covid vaccination would protect Public by one variant but not for mutating virus. Few basic tips to protect public by Covid any variants.

  1. People to take the precautions during holiday seasons specially avoid social gathering. Wear mask, hands should be washed at regular interval and maintain social distancing.
  2. Vitamin B12 direct proportion to immunity level. B12 deficiency symptoms include weak muscles, numbness, irritability, and fatigue so eat meat, fish, or daily foods to increase B12 or take supplement.
  3. Vitamin C use to boost strong immunity. Home make Laman water, Gooseberry products, Oranges, Peppers, broccoli, potatoes, or Guavas to be part of your food.
  4. Loop Warm water should be first thing in your morning routine and try to avoid any cold drink. If possible, use warm water for full day & quantity more than 3 Liter/day.
  5. Fresh food has higher nutritional value comparted to foods that are refrigerated. Refrigerated and storage there is a loss of essential nutrients so this covid war you need solid weapon which is fresh food daily basis to protect yourself and make you stronger.
  6. Elderlies and young children should be cautious and other should not panic at all.
  7. Any person who has a cough, cold, fever, irritation in the throat, sneezing or a runny nose should avoid closeness with anyone. Even same applicable for your kids & loved ones.
  8. Daily exercise or morning walk increase your immunity level & protect you from virus.
  9. Meditation can reduce your stress, lower inflammation, and improve mental health. Stress can weaken your immune system and making you more susceptible to infections.
  10. Simple Breathing exercise can improve your lungs functions and Spirometer can be used for this type of exercise.
